2003: With the amalgamation of Drummoyne and Concord councils formed City of Canada Bay Council, which resulted in the Western Suburbs Soccer Club being rebranded as the community-friendly venue, Canada Bay Club.
Today, Canada Bay Club boasts over 20,000 members in the wake of its multi-million-dollar refurbishment. It prides itself on it's new function rooms, two restaurants, live entertainment, kids “corner”, health and fitness classes and its continuing commitment to local community groups
