It's a good fun, relaxed place to spend an evening out where you can dance like you don't care and there's no tomorrow - which of course you don't, and there regularly isn't. PubSpy found Palms is a pretence-free zone, with everyone out to enjoy their night. Obviously in the heat of summer some shirts inevitably come off, but in the main people are almost entirely clothed.
